Customer Reviews

I was worried the brushed gold wouldn't match my cabinet that I bought recently, but it's perfect! The faucet is beautiful! Recommended them to my mom, and she already ordered some different model haha 😎
Solid faucet for the price. Installation was relatively straightforward. After about 6 months, the touch feature started acting up. I reached out to Paragon, and after a brief troubleshooting exchange, they promptly sent me a replacement. No hassle, no extra charges, and the new faucet arrived within a week. When things go wrong, you hope the company steps up, and Paragon did. I'd definitely make another purchase from them.
We're renovating our kitchen on a budget, and this faucet fit the bill for both style and cost. I was worried it might look too cheap, but it's surprisingly good quality. The touch feature was a nice bonus. I'd definitely buy from Paragon again.
faucet is amazing 👍
It is very good. It doesn't go up til the end every time though if you don't lead it with your hand, but otherwise the faucet is amazing
My old bulky faucet was looking silly compared to this masterpiece. It is really well made
Impressed with this product, great value. Appreciate the automatic shut-off after five minutes. The touch control surpassed my expectations once I got the hang of it
thanks!
It is a good faucet with some additional features I am not used to. Trying something new though
Good faucet just as described, feels like it will work well for at least 3 years hehe unlike my prev one
👍
+ quality + packaging + touch sensor - delivery time
The materials used are top-notch
Very good quality faucet
Amazing faucet for its price
Looks good and works fine, I'll probably buy a different one for my bathroom too
Love it ❤️
Packaging could be better, it took too long to deliver, I've got no additional discount for the late delivery, support is not very responsive. A business like yours HAS TO BE PERFECT in everything, no excuses
